This hotel is excellent for people with early morning flights because of its proximity to the airport. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with large bathrooms. the buffet breakfast has a mix of Western and Chinese food, and there is a gym and a restaurant on the premises.

The hotel is far from the city center, so it is not the best option for travelers looking to sightsee or experience local culture.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The hotel is located close to the airport, which made it easy to catch our early morning flight. The shuttle service was reliable and the driver helpful with our luggage. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay a pleasant one.

Limited food options and outdated rooms. Although the hotel had a restaurant on premises, the food options were limited.

It took an hour to get 2 water bottles when we asked for 6. Very rough night receptionist. Arrived at 1:00 am, she never warned us that the included breakfast was ending at 9:30am...so we miss it :( The airport shuttle had not any Hotel related name, logo or sign and the driver did not even know the hotel name in english, so we wait an hour an a half for the airport shuttle...:( It was another chinese tourist that indicate us the good shuttle to take. So frustrating with 4 tired children waiting for that shuttle.

It is close enough to be easily accessible for travelers in transit or with business near the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Additionally, free shuttle buses are available to transport guests to and from the airport, providing added convenience.

Some guests have mentioned a slight smell of stale smoke in the rooms, which may be problematic for those sensitive to odors.

I booked the room with twin beds for a special price , but when we arrived they made an upgrade for a room with one big bed. The bed was really huge 2mx2m. Clean rooms, big tv, good bkf. Wifi in the lobby and wired Internet in rooms. Location is perfect if you have a transit flight .

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, situated on the outskirts of a small village in a small business district. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, allowing me to relax and unwind. I found the service to be top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was impeccable, with all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar, sitting area, and in-room safe. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, as well as the electric kettle for making my own hot beverages. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the comfortable carpeted floor. The dining bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

There was only one minor issue I encountered during my stay. The shuttle service to and from the airport only operated once an hour, which could be slightly inconvenient if you have a tight schedule.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Pudong airport. The hotel is so close to the airport, just a 15-minute car ride away. It's also quite close to the underground and there's a taxi rank nearby, making transportation very convenient. The staff provided great friendly service with a smile, from the receptionists who handled check-in and check-out smoothly, to the cheerful porter who even ordered a taxi for me. The hotel is really clean and the breakfast offered a variety of options.
